And see a therapist also go to these mindfulness groups I like to do all kinds of things draw, listen to music , read , play games online , watch tv , shopping , spend time with friends and family , sleep , swimming , play with my cats , color in coloring books , watch movies etc....
What I Expect From A Mentor:
What I except from my mentor is helping me get better with my anxiety and depression also I would like to communicate with my mentor every two weeks if possible and have the mentor give me homework to do just guide me in life
