Career & Study Mentee

Formerly in social work for over 10 years, I branched out into owning my own business 5 years old then sold my portion of the business just over a year ago in order to focus on bringing passion back into my life but I never was able to gain the momentum needed, and I am utterly defeated, unmotivated and burnt out from my last two roles that I took on.
I am looking for guidance in realigning a couple core values throughout my daily personal and professional life in order to be able to create some harmony, gain confidence within my professional ability, create boundaries and effectively communicate them within the next 45 days at my current job, and start planning what contentment looks like whether I am with that organization or I venture off on my own again.
There are a lot of moving pieces, and I know that ultimately all of this is on me to follow through with but I need help focusing, setting goals and then a push to stay accountable and measure what is actually happening on a daily, weekly and monthly basis so I do not lose myself this way again.

What I Expect From A Mentor:

I am hoping for a mentorship relationship that will start with an initial discovery meeting where we really figure out the outline, and whether your experience or expertise is the right fit. From there, I would like someone who has the ability to do a few sessions with me as I navigate setting goals, holding myself accountable and tracking the progress while moving into the next phase. I am able to have flexibility, but I do expect us to respect each others time. I feel it's important that you have your own goals that you want to come from continuing to mentor as it's not just a one-way street and we are all constantly learning from one another - you must be a direct communicator, have the ability to motivate naturally and inspire confidence while also challenging me in a realistic way. Boundaries must be set early on, and respected.
