I'm about to start a new job as Business Development Director for a new office opening in the US. It's a daunting move, and business expectations are high. I need to grow our sales and marketing presence in the US market.
I need to prove myself and make this new business a success.I will also be managing new staff which I haven't done before.
I'm moving to a new country on my own, without much support and various office politics to deal with. I would really value some mentoring to steer me in the right direction.
What I Expect From A Mentor:
I would really appreciate some mentoring to help me grow sales in the US, new business development tips to make the new business a success. Also some help to navigate through the somewhat political minefield!
