Business & Entrepreneurship Mentee

Throughout my 18 years of life, I have learned so much that others may not be able to experience and learn until they have children of their own. I have learned that although failure may be inevitable, it should always be expected as a possibility, which in turn motivates me to succeed. It is failure that places fear in the hearts of so many and it also failure that pulls so many others who have never learned the lessons of failure into its consumption. I have acquired this knowledge through putting myself out there by in competition from all over the world with the hope that some how it will make me better. Through all of this I have had the risk of failing but in doing so I have learned how to improve from it and become better in every aspect. I believe indefinitely that people who do not fail are those who do not take chances. This could be considered a failure within itself, however, I am not so orthodox as to play without any risks.Throughout my experiences I have never gained anything that did not require competition, because I am leader I compete for the thrill of competition and knowing that there will always be moments of failure. Leadership does not come without hard work and examples showing that even leaders fail sometimes. However, it is how people respond to failure that truly makes them capable to lead others. I have accepted the fact that no great person gets anywhere in life without the assistance of someone greater than they are, and so, I am acknowledging this fact and seeking a mentor so that I may become successful.
