Send a message to this menteeI am 48 years old and recently changed careers after experiencing burnout. I took a $40k pay cut in order to be happy. What I struggle with seems to be EQ. I am looking for a female, professional business coach to help me have a higher EQ, become more aware of my own EQ and reading more into the EQ of others. I have a masters degree in Communication Management but feel that I need work in the EQ department working toward learning when to listen vs. speak, understand boundaries, learn how not to take things personally, and how to have a better verbal filter in place, etc. as it relates to business.
What I Expect From A Mentor:
I would like to meet with a female business professional 1-2 times per month and work on professional EQ. My mentor should have a high EQ themselves with actionable advice to help me increase my own EQ.
