Dr. Gowdara Pandu
PH.D., MPM.,LL.B., DEE., DLL & LW., DHRM.

He is an Ex-Military, served 19 years in aircraft instrumentation engineering back ground on various helicopters and fighter aircrafts in Indian Air Force And with over 20 years’ Human Resource Management - Organizational Development / Learning and Development specialist in MNCs in India and with overseas experience in Canada, United Kingdom, South Africa. He is committed to enabling continuous improvement within staff and managers. Dr. Gowdara Pandu has worked in number of organizations and various industries - manufacturing, Banking, Education, Information & Communication Technology, Tele communication in both Research & Development - product development and service industries. Having held senior board and Director, Chief People Officer, Vice President, CEO appointments for global companies and running his own successful companies, Dr. Gowdara Pandu is a Subject Matter Expert in: Business Strategy, Leadership, Building High Performance Team, Talent Development, Performance Management System, Human Resource Management Systems, NFC applications for Educational institutions (www.atomx.in) and People Management skills.
Since 1996 he had conducted programs to thousands of Engineering and Management students, hundreds of leaders and managers both in the India and internationally. His special interest is in how organizations manage change effectively and how to develop managers’ skills efficiently, which are critical to business – People, Process and Technology. He is an expert panel member and Faculty at the leading Universities, Engineering and management Institutions. He brings a multi discipline skills set in business and people, cultural diversity, combined with management experience and a pragmatic style that adds value and gains
delegate buy-in to deliver sustainable results for support organization vision.
He received his Ph.D. for his research on “Synchronous E Learning for Talent Management” from Symbiosis International University.
He has championed the use of “Self Awareness” and “Redefining Self” programs in management practices to budding leaders along with technical competencies at various Engineering and Management Institutions and empower managers to support staff through personal transformation to achieve goal for higher education students, professionals and entrepreneurs in UK, USA, Canada, Denmark, South Africa, and Hawaii. He is passionate about Talent Mentoring to support personal life, professional life for higher education and advanced Information & Communication Technology industry and entrepreneurship development.
