My name is Joseph Lalonde. I'm an award-winning leadership blogger at http://www.jmlalonde.com. My leadership experience is a mix of church and business.

Having served on the leadership team for the youth group of Oakcrest Church of God, I helped grow attendance from 30-40 students to over 150 students on a weekly basis. We worked together to create an environment to teach and train students to think and ask questions as well as believe.

My work in the business sector includes serving in the Information Technology field where I opened my own computer repair business and oversaw a manufacturing IT department.

On the blogging side of things, I have created a leadership blog that is regularly recognized as one of the top leadership blogs in the world. I've had the opportunity to interview leaders such as Jeff Goins, Dan Miller, Garry Ridge (of WD-40), Skip Prichard, and more.

I want to continue pouring into new leaders and thought MentSpot could be the perfect place to reach more people.

What I Expect From A Mentee:

I'm looking for a mentee to be committed to the process of growth and change. This means working together to create a growth plan the mentee will follow and adhere to as we work on the areas decided upon.
