Send a message to this menteeHey Mentors! My name is Jose Hernandez I am a 19 year old from Greeley, Colorado but I currently live in Grand Island, Nebraska. I currently work at Pssi and go to college full time at Central Community College trying to major in construction management. I am seeking a Real Estate mentor to help me grow my business ' Halcyon Properties '. I am still currently at the process of wholesaling a property, I have built a great cash buyers list but I still haven't had a property under contract or anything like that. I just don't know what I am doing wrong. I am really dedicated to learn about the business. My main PRIORITIES are my FAMILY and SUCCESS! That's why I am trying to learn about the business to have my little kid always good and so my kid can look up to me once he's older. You see even though real estate brings you alot of money that's not the reason I'm doing it. I'm doing it for my family. Please Mentors help me out. I will not be a waste of your time, I guarantee it!
