Hi! My name is Alina, I am 31 and I work in Recruitment.
I recently became a manager, and I would like to find a mentor that could help me work in improving important skills such as leadership, time management, prioritization, communication, and decision making.
I want to learn how to successfully lead my team while creating a healthy working environment that people are happy to be a part of.

What I Expect From A Mentor:

I expect honest guidance from a mentor that I could speak to 1-2 times a week. Someone who will hold me accountable and not allow me to give up when things get hard. Someone who is strong but empathetic.

I am a very motivated person but sometimes my anxiety gets the best of me and I need help to recentre my focus.
