Send a message to this menteeHi, I am Kayla. I am 19 years old and I am a college freshman. I have really low self-esteem and confidence. I have always had a bad habit of seeing myself fail and force myself to believe that I can’t do whatever task was assigned to me. Whether school assigned or life, I just feel that I’m not smart or capable enough. I don’t feel as connected to the world and to the people in it. I consider myself anti-social and I would love to change that. I am also really goofy and shy.
What I Expect From A Mentor:
I expect my mentor to be really caring and helpful. I wouldn’t want her to judge me. I would like to speak to my mentor twice a month.
