Send a message to this menteeI am age 66 and take care of my mom who lives with me. She needs a lit of care but I am able to leave her for short periods of time for grocery and errands. My problem is finding time for myself. I have no friends and not sure how to find some with my limited time. I am also trying to set up a website as a transformation coach and create an online presence for the business. I have a huge inferiority complex and find it difficult to talk to people and put myself out into the public. I have always been a homebody, but need to expand my social skills.
This is a lot to ask of a mentor, but maybe at least one area could be helped.
