Keep communications open. Be respectful, polite and courteous. Be honest. Get to know each other. Remember that your mentor is there for you, but is only a guide. Let your mentor know if you don’t understand something or have a differing opinion. The more consistent you are, the more you will be trusted. i am offering feedback i will NEVER criticize you.
