My Name is Kevin Allison, I hail from East Kilbride, South Lanarkshire, Scotland, UK. I have been working in social care for 38 years, 18 years with Adults with both mild and severe learning disabilities, 11 years managing housing support services, 2 years working with the elderly in very sheltered accommodation, another 2 years working with Self- direct support packages and working, managing care at home services. For the past 3 years I have been and am currently working as a Recovery practitioner with Alcohol & Drug addiction. I have an SVQ4 in social care and an ILM 3 & 5 (Institute of Leadership & Management in Performance & Development). I have life experience and knowledge and a passion to help people realise their potential. My interests lie in Music recording, production and playing in bands. My time is also taken up with family activities, I have 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
